Why do I write?

How many thoughts do we have in a day? Hundreds, thousands, millions? My guess is thousands double, maybe up to 6 figures? A quick search on the internet shows a range of 50,000 – 70,000 thoughts a day. That is why I love to write, it brings clarity of thought in writing.

Writing does not come naturally to me. I am an introvert at heart which makes it a bit weird having an online presence. The purpose of writing here is to encourage myself to crystalise my thoughts in a clearer and concise manner. Secondly, to act as a journal in which I can look back and see how far I have come along.

The journal will be a good reflection point, to see where I can potentially do better and understand my decision process at that time. Stumbling on the Dreamlist 2011, was a great flashback with wonderful memories and great to see how far I’ve come along. I have to get a more consistent with my Snapshots too.
